29 February 2008Â Â Â 10:09:01 ( Sys Admin TSDC ) Kami informasikan bahwa pada tanggal 29 Februari 2008 sekitar pukul 04.30 WIB link backbone jalur Jakarta-Batam terputus akibat terkena pekerjaan fly-over di Palembang, sehingga sebagian koneksi internet ke situs luar negeri mengalami gangguan Saat ini gangguan tersebut sedang ditangani dan diharapkan akan selesai diperbaiki dalam waktu dekat.
Pada tanggal 29 Februari 2008, Bali3xtreme.com dan KDbali.info cukup banyak mendapatkan komplain dari pelanggan, yang ternyata komplain ’salah sasaran’. Pelanggan melaporkan bahwa mereka tidak dapat mengakses email dan website yang dihostingkan di Bali Orange Communications. Setelah kami suruh untuk membuka situs lain seperti yahoo.com, google.com, merekapun tetap tidak bisa membuka. Kami menyimpulkan bahwa kesalahan terletak pada ISP yang tidak mampu menyalurkan koneksi internet. Beberapa lama kemudian, kami mengetahui permasalahan, bahwa Speedy dan Telkomnet instan memang terjadi gangguan. Berita tentang produk Telkom yang bermasalah ada di situs telkomspeedy.com dan detik.com.
